Confidence in real estate market rising
Confidence in Florida's real estate market is rising, according to a survey released by the University of Florida's Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. The center found increased belief in government plans to ease tight credit, though home prices are still expected to fall. The study reverses the findings in the last quarterly study, released in December, when confidence in real estate markets had sunk to its lowest levels since the survey began in July 2006. Results had declined steadily for the preceding three years. [SFBJ] and [GlobeSt]
